PTECH

AllianceChicago is proud to lead the Partnership for Technology-Enabled Transformation in Community Health (PTECH)—our Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) initiative supported through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
This PTECH program provides no-cost technical assistance to Participating Health Centers (PHCs), helping them advance their work in key areas of health care transformation.

The current program cycle runs from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2028, with AllianceChicago’s HCCN including 15 PHCs across 6 states. AllianceChicago has served as an HCCN since 1997 and provides individualized technical assistance, education and training sessions, and access to key resources.

This program cycle includes five strategic focus areas:

  • Data Management & Analytics
  • Interoperability & Data Sharing
  • Data Modernization
  • Strengthening Value-Based Care
  • Digital Health Tools
Through PTECH, we continue to build strong partnerships and empower health centers with the tools and insights needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
