Showcase Your Work! Submit Your Poster Proposal

AllianceChicago, in partnership with the Illinois Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA), will host its Annual Leadership Conference on October 4-6, 2023, in Schaumburg, IL. We are seeking poster presentations for the Gallery of Success. The Gallery of Success is a great opportunity to share results on research, quality improvement initiatives and/or innovations implemented with and within health centers. As an added bonus, the lead presenter will receive a $50 discount off their registration fee! Examples of current hot topics include but not limited to: + Social Determinants of Health + Enhancing Virtual Care/Remote Patient Monitoring + Immunizations + Maternal Health and/or Child Health + Joy in Work and Workforce Wellbeing + Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder Submit Your Poster Proposal Submission deadline is May 19, 2023 We are accepting submissions on a rolling basis. Once accepted, you will receive more details on the poster guidelines and template. A maximum of two posters per organization will be accepted.
