Evidence to Practice Learning Path
AllianceChicago is pleased to announce a new resource for network members available through the Litmos Learning Lounge.
This learning path provides you with free, easy access to patient-centered research relevant to Community Health Center clinical care and health services.
The courses and modules within the learning path contain research summaries and links to peer-reviewed journal articles, presentations, and videos, all organized by topic areas for health centers, such as chronic disease management, social determinants of health, and maternal child health.
